My little piece of privacy
Privacy를 지켜주려는 커튼의 움직임. 재밌는 발상이지만 움직이는 커튼때문에 사람들이 더 들여다볼려고 노력하지 않을까 생각했는데
작가도 그렇게 생각했고 이 작품이 설치된 이후에 이 동네에서 젤 유명해진 창문이 되었다 한다. 그래서 fail한 컨셉이라고 스스로 결론지었다는… ㅎ
그래도 재미있는 아이디어이기에 한표!

Alvin Lucier의 유명한 실험.. 자신의 목소리를 녹음해서 그것을 재생하면서 또 녹음하고 또 그것을 재생하면서 녹음하고..
결국 공간 속에서 그 재생되는 소리들은 특정한 주파수 외에는 공간 속 울림으로 인해 알아들을 수 없게 되고,
소리의 형태는 무의미해지며 공간 속에 파묻혀 버린다.

WUW / sixthsense – a wearable gestural interface
핸드 제스쳐로 물체 인식, 오브젝트 연동, 프로젝션, 이미지 활용, 카메라 등등 많은 어플리케이션을 다루는 데 있어서
현재 나온 기술 중 가장 안정적이고 성공적인 듯 하다.
무엇보다 portable한 디바이스가 가장 장점인 듯 한데, 저것이 상용화되면 과연 어떤 형태의 디자인과 착용 방법으로 재고안이 될지가 궁금하다.
